The Feds raided the home of Houston Independent School District's CFO Brian Busby today. Looking for further info.....

Looks like Feds searched both the home of Busby and the Houston Independent School District administration building. It was't just the IRS, FBI were also involved.

No idea if this is related to the raids, and i can't read it all, but it appears there are several employees of the district that have been accused of touching kids.

Probably not, though, since the IRS was also involved in the raid.

Wow, this is crazy!!

I saw this, but not many details in here except that the WD NY Attorney's office is conferring with the DOJ/Office of Tribal Justice, Dept of Interior & Bureau of Indian Affairs about "pre-dawn events" & figuring out if any laws were broken.....
Did some searching and found this. Looks like the Leader of the Cayuga Indian Nation bulldozed a bunch of their buildings overnight several days ago.

A daycare, a store, a school & other buildings! Just bulldozed them all!

It seems there are internal disputes about leadership there and the leader bulldozed a bunch of buildings controlled by those who opposed his leadership.

🥇These members of the 115th Congress didn’t think about the political ramifications, their reputations or the timing; they just voted honorably not to table the measure to impeach a prez who is clearly not abiding by the law or representing our country the way it deserves to be.
🏆Most of these members of the 115th Congress are still in Congress, but some are Governors or in new positions. One member, Louise Slaughter D-NY, sadly died in 2018. More on her later.

48 years ago, a judge ordered the Longview school district to desegregate its schools.

2/ More than 1 million black and Hispanic students study in Texas classrooms that include few to no white students.

And in Longview, students of color still don’t have the same educational opportunities as white students. bit.ly/2BEzw0U
3/ About 56.2 percent of white students graduated ready for college English and math in 2016.

I was eight when I learned the word ‘shrapnel.’

Our teacher told us that someone had brought a gun to Thurston High School. And gone to the cafeteria. And started shooting. She looked extremely sad, but her teachers’ aid looked sadder.

Her son went to Thurston.
She was crying, and told us that she would have to leave to go to the hospital. “He’s going to be OK,” she told us through tears, “it was just shrapnel.” And then she left.
Shrapnel is when something explodes, I told my mom later. It's when a bullet breaks apart and some of it hits you.

HPD is investigating reports that 13 y/o Zavion Parker was snatched on his way home from school in East Houston. He’s ok and back with his family — but was found with a torn shirt and no shoes. He says one of the suspects had a tattoo of a racial slur.
The 6 suspects (5 of which are roughly 17-18 years-old) are all described as having reddish hair. The adult driver had a heavy build with arm tats. He was driving a red truck with flames on the side. If you see anything, know anything — speak up.
Zavion said he was taken to a vacant property full of guns/torture items that looked like a cabin from the outside. When asked why he was abducted, he says the suspects replied “because you’re Black.” He managed to run away; a driver found him, called police.
