@tyhann44 @ChezWhizzz Manny swing is a great example of what is discussed in this video. A downward launch that turns up because it is launched from one leg not two. There have been so many explanations of one leggedness that if people reject its because they are closed minded

@tyhann44 @ChezWhizzz .....I’ve never posted an example of a hitter doing it correctly whose lead foot doesn’t land. There is a very distinct feeling that comes from the proper technique and it is a distinctive one legged feeling. Nothing describes it better. For most it is the biggest aha moment.
@tyhann44 @ChezWhizzz I can’t remember a hitter coming to me who was already one legged. There is virtually no useable stretch in two legged hitters. They all push. They have to. You can’t get the weight to burst forward within the swing if it has already shifted to the lead leg.
@tyhann44 @ChezWhizzz Only when they get the one legged technique do they ever match video of the greats. The naysayers will never acknowledge it. And their hitters will never reach their potential. It is ‘the mechanical advantage’ that far out produces muscle. It’s called one leggedness.
