The @JusticeOIG flagged #FISAabuse in the wiretapping of @CarterWPage. The #FISA Court and #DOJ have determined that at least 2 of the 4 wiretaps against Page were improper and are invalid.

Justice Department and FBI officials under review for their role in the flawed wiretaps of former Trump campaign associate Carter Page are BANNED from having any involvement in the pursuit of electronic monitoring through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. #FISA
Judge James Boasberg issued a 19-page opinion today, ordering that “no DOJ or FBI personnel under disciplinary or criminal review relating to their work on FISA applications shall participate in drafting, verifying, reviewing, or submitting such applications to the Court.”

It has now spawned 2 separate investigations into the Page FISA, but I suspect many will think nothing is happening... #ButNothingsHappening #FISA

Looks like the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court has decided to create a separate investigation into the FBI lawyer (allegedly Clinesmith) who falsified evidence for the FISA.
This looks at the process & errors & how to correct them not the intentional misconduct.
The FISC has also spun off another separate investigation into the government's "handling and disposition" of any spying conducted under the @carterwpage FISA.

Many will miss that these 2 issues have spun off new court inquiries & will assume nothing is happening...
