How can you be FBI gen counsel when you are barred from any fisa relayed activity whatsoever?
The converse is that Wray "lacked candor", or needs to explain how/why Boente wasn't referred for OPR review.😉

Part of the dismissal motion (mostly face-saving excuses) cites:

"a post indictment change in proof available at trial"
The judge granted the dismissal with prejudice. Yet the government still wants to file a classified in camera addendum to the motion to dismiss.
Why? My guess is it's highly possible that individuals who touched this case have been indicted or plead. Even though the judge has dismissed they want to CYA.

Remember, this indictment was released in February of 2018. That is the same month that Clinesmith was removed.
