2/ Recently, Senator Kamala Harris was asked, "Will you be the first vice president?" (Presumably, the question immediately prior to this moment was, "Will you be the first woman President?" — or something similar).
3/ Senator Harris then displays a behind the ear hair adjustment. 
4/ This Hair adjustment behind the ear (HABE) is an extremely common alpha up-regulator. Although women and those with longer hair display it more frequently — all genders and even those with no scalp hair use this body language tell often.
5/ Note that she also simultaneously closes her eyelids while raising her eyebrows and forehead.
6/ At this same time, Senator Harris also looks down to her right (this is the quadrant to which we often look during highly emotional moments).
7/ Senator Harris is also strongly suppressing smile-laughter.
8/ The amalgam five simultaneous body language displays is an excellent example of what is known as a cluster. Quite literally, a cluster is a nonverbal sentence.
9/ Senator Harris then moves her left hand down and rubs the top and lateral aspect of her left thigh as she continues to partially suppress a smile while looking down to her right.
10/ She then bends forward to rub the lateral and front portion of her lower leg. Men commonly perform a similar maneuver while (falsely) adjusting/pulling up their socks.
11/ Both the thigh rub and the lower leg rub are analogs of the early-referenced behind the ear hair adjustment.
12/ Although anxiety is certainly a component of what she's feeling here, this is primarily a signal of an alpha personality, who, during a beta moment, is recognizing the need to 'step it up' and alpha-upregulate.
13/ After she says, "Ol' boy gotta get elected first" and "Gotta be practical", Senator Harris laughs sincerely, deeply, and at considerable length. You'll also note that she blushes.
14/ SUMMARY: Based on her verbal, nonverbal, and paralanguage response to the question of the possibility of her being the next Vice President — with high probability, Joe Biden has already discussed this with her.
