The Bros were literally trying to coerce Liz into endorsing Bernie before Super Tuesday II, but now that it was an epic fail and there’s no path for him they’ve shifted to declaring her the “only sensible VP pick” for Joe, whom she hasn’t endorsed either. How does that work? 🧐
The Bros treat Liz like a trophy wife for their insurgency efforts, they refuse to respect her wish to remain neutral and won’t just leave her the fuck alone, which to me only solidifies their reputation as stalkers & extortionists who won’t ever catch a damn clue. It’s gross. 😷
And I’m not saying this mess wasn’t foreseeable or that Liz ever had any hope of evading the wrath of the Bros to begin with, but I don’t buy for one second that they actually GAF about what’s in Liz’s best political interest or personal aspirations. They want a Bernie by proxy.
Something about the infamous Bernie/Liz nonaggression pact has the Berner surrogates convinced they can keep throwing her name around as leverage in their attempted shakedown, which again is the main reason why it was always a bad idea for her. What a shit show.
Either their goal is to intentionally alienate Liz from the Obama coalition or they really don’t understand that her proximity to Bernie is what’s weakened her chances of unifying with the huge team of popular D allies who just helped build Joe’s victories from the ground up.
Every day that Liz remains neutral to avoid enraging Bernie and the Bros is a day that she isn’t able to build stronger relationships with the D base the way we’ve seen the other former candidates do so well during the days and weeks preceding SC/Super Tuesday I/II. A vise-grip.
They had no problem calling Liz a “snake” and” backstabber”, or cyber bullying her supporters, so pardon me if I’m skeptical that they genuinely give two shits about what she wants or what will make Joe increasingly electable in November. This is a cycle of abuse. #BernedBridges
Precisely. This is the MAIN reason I don’t trust what the Bros are carnival barking into the ether. IMHO Liz’s wisest next move would be boxing out Schumer for Maj Leader on the strength of her strong progressive plans and understanding of how to unfuck the Senate. It’s sabotage.
If this is what they’ll do to someone they have a “nonaggression pact” with, what hope is there for any allyship with marginalized people? Receipts on “won’t leave her the fuck alone” and the cycle of abuse/abandonment/exploitation that Liz is looped into with Bernie & the Bros: 
The degree to which Liz has taken such great care to tiptoe around Bro rage/myopia/privilege in the sunken place they’ve created for her is proportional to the degree to which she wasn’t viable in the primary b/c she wasn’t exhibiting the strength necessary for reliable allyship.
IOW, the Berners thinking she makes a great VP pick for a dude who’s winning BIG on the strength of bringing POC, reliable White D allies & even Never Trumper Rs/Is into the fold is actually them asking Joe to alienate a growing coalition by saddling it with Bernie baggage. Nope.
