Hospital Sungai Buloh sbg hospital designated COVID-19 untuk Lembah Klang telah bersedia pelan kontingensi bagi hadapi kemungkinan penularan jangkitan semakin serius.

Hospital itu mampu menempatkan 772 pesakit dalam satu masa termasuk 104 katil di wad ICU.
Jika diperlukan Institut Latihan
KKM yang bersebelahan akan digunakan. Ia mampu menempatkan tambahan 234 katil.

Persediaan kakitangan:
1. Pakar perubatan (4)
2. Pegawai perubatan (10)
3. Jururawat (34)
4. Paramedik (10)
5. Pembantu perawatan kesihatan (8)
Jika semua wad dibuka, 1,000 kakitangan akan digerakkan dari seluruh negara.

HSgBuloh antara 57 hospital KKM yang dikhaskan untuk merawat pesakit COVID-19.

Men. Kesihatan, YB Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba mengadakan lawatan ke HSgB hari ini bagi meninjau persediaan.

KKM bekerjasama dengan syarikat swasta untuk pengambilan sampel #COVIDー19 di rumah dengan menggunakan pendekatan uberisation of healthcare.

Pensampelan adalah dilakukan kepada mereka yang telah dikenal pasti iaitu Patients Under Investigation (PUI).
Ada segelintir mereka yang khuatir dan ingin mendapatkan ujian COVID-19 yang tidak menepati kriteria PUI.

Dengan ini, KKM tiada halangan bagi mereka yang ingin untuk
mendapatkan ujian ini dari pihak swasta.
Perkhidmatan ini disediakan oleh pihak swasta seperti di

Keputusan Mesyuarat Kerja Kluster COVID-19 5 Mac 2020.

Mengambil kira status semasa penularan Covid-19 di Malaysia yang telah memasuki gelombang ke-2 ini, langkah-langkah sebagaimana berikut telah
diputuskan:

1. Menasihatkan rakyat Malaysia agar menangguhkan sementara
perjalanan ke bandar atau wilayah berikut:

1.1 Lombardy, Veneto dan Emilia-Romagna di Itali;

1.2 Hokkaido di Jepun; dan

1.3 Tehran, Qom dan Gilan di Iran.
2. Mesyuarat juga memutuskan untuk menyekat sementara kemasukan semua pelawat (tanpa mengira warganegara) yang berada atau berkunjung ke bandar atau wilayah tersebut di atas dalam tempoh 14 hari sebelum ketibaan di Malaysia.

1. RELIEF FUND: Until we have univ. health care we need an emergency health relief fund. The # of critical cases, meaning cases requiring significant medical intervention, are more than ten fold the number of deaths. For many this will result bankruptcy levels of medical debt.
2. ER COVERAGE: Health Insurance companies should not be allowed to deny coverage for treatments that are not 'pre-approved' or "FDA approved' as all of the treatment options for severe cases of COVID are 'off-label'

#COVID-19: It’s possible to get infected a 2nd time. People recovered by their own immune system, but the meds they use are damaging their heart, and when they get it the 2nd time, the antibody makes it worse, and they die of sudden heart failure.

I don't find this unexpected. We had similar results in the study of SARS. Challenge with the virus after vaccination actually made the resulting disease worse. One theory is this may be due to an overactive immune response due to a cytokine storm.
What I find really troubling is doctors in China had to report this anonymously to avoid communist censorship. We are not getting the whole story here. Keep in mind we don't yet know how many cases this involves and we'll have to wait for more case studies in other countries.

HAARP (Program Penyelidikan Aurora Aktif Frekuensi Tinggi) merupakan projek tentera USA untuk menyelidik ionosfera (60km - 1000km dari permukaa bumi) untuk digunakan untuk komunikasi radio. Mereka pun ada twitter, boleh follow kat @uafhaarp.
Pembinaan bermula pada 1993, tapi instrumen penyelidikan utama mereka, "Ionospheric Research Instrument" hanya beroperasi pada tahun 2007. Benda ni digunakan untuk "energize" satu kawasan yang kecil dan terhad dengan menyinarkan signal ke atas.
