@digitaldutta @TechiesSpeakUp This whole demand is unjustified. All IT companies have been asked to follow a detailed SoP which is circulated to them. The SoP includes how to deal with employees who returned from abroad etc.
@digitaldutta @TechiesSpeakUp The possibility of coming in contact with someone who returned from abroad lies in every profession, from a can driver to swiggy delivery boy to employee of a star hotel. Why special treatment to those in the IT sector? Are we encouraging some kind of elitism here?
@digitaldutta @TechiesSpeakUp The demand should be for IT firms to scrupulously follow the SoP and not to declare WFH for everyone. How are those in other professions different from the ones in IT?
