EU has shared a 441-page text of a "New Partnership with the UK" with member states, which pretty faithfully translates the mandate. On state aid, UK would implement a list of EU laws (currently blank) but could opt out from new legislation. ECJ rulings binding on UK (1)
On fish there would be long-term agreements on EU access to British waters (length not specified) and each side's % share of specific stocks is BLANK. (2)
There would be a Partnership Council with 16 subcommittees, including one on Level Playing Field. It would refer questions about EU law to the ECJ (see Withdrawal Agreement.) (3)

There are ~6000 suicides/yr in the UK (~47k in the US) of which ~90% have a psychiatric disorder. Depression accounts for 60%, Half have seen their GP within 3 months and 20% in the week before death.

It's just that MUCH fewer people will qualify to be able to stretch distributions. Instead, most new (more on this in a bit) designated beneficiaries will have to empty inherited retirement accounts by the end of the 10th year following the year of death.

Notably, there will be no required minimum distributions during the first 9 years. Rather, whatever is left in the account just has to be emptied by the end of 10th year. This will be of help to a small number of beneficiaries, but hurts those who wanted to stretch.

My brother, @okjonblair, is a comedy writer who's too modest to tell you that he was one of the CBC's most politically and culturally insightful voices during his time at @22Minutes. He rightly recognized, on Election Night 2016, that the bar had been lowered for Canada.
He noted at the time (and I apologize for not quoting the tweet but my brother's tweeted a lot about Trump over the years and Twitter's search protocols are garbage) that the great difficulty of writing Canadian political comedy was the lack of a "Canadian" political identity.
If there is/was anything that united Canadians in terms of a political identity, he noted with much forward-thinking worry, it's that we think of ourselves as "better" than America.
