Here’s what I’m nervously waiting for:
A) Any push for broad phone surveillance powers to track the outbreak.
B) New powers asserted by central banks.
C) Use of the National Guard to enforce new restrictions.
D) Patriotic calls never to question A-C or our outbreak narrative.

When 9/11 brought the US the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. act, only @russfeingold stood up in the senate for those of us who refused to stop questioning the use of a crisis to consolidate power.
