The shelter in place will "likely" go into place at midnight. The County is tweaking procedures around child care, park/open space access (waiving park fees, bathroom signage), and agriculture (wineries) and food (restaurants) components. (2/10)
Bank, grocery, gas, farmers markets, food stands, feed stores, medical (including vets), can/should/will remain open as they are essential. (3/10)
Regarding wineries - They'll likely let wineries operate on skeleton crews (i.e. winemaker, viticulturist) to keep things running. There will probably be a time starting at midnight (i.e. 8, 12, 24 hours something like that) to get prepared. (4/10)
I don't know about breweries and distilleries at this point. (5/10)
Food-focused farms will likely be able to operate, since they are essential to food production and distribution. (6/10)
Tasting rooms will close (I know many are doing onsite sales, no tastings). I don't know how distribution will work, so we'll see how that works for selling online. You won't be able to deliver wine to people in your own car, for example. (7/10)
Restaurants/chefs/caterers will most likely go only to take out and delivery. (8/10)
Enforcement - they are going with what SF and other counties are doing. "Gentle enforcement." (9/10)
