And of those states, all but Florida and Missouri have Senate elections this year. And if there is a major African-American vote surge in the newly energized south, more than you expect will be competitive. Keep in mind just over half of black Americans still live in the south.
Just gonna keep posting this. With the right investment (and we still don't know what @MikeBloomberg plans to do with his money) these southern seats are potentially competitive. Lindsey Graham has typically won by similarly modest margins in SC. 
I would add to this that Biden has pulled off quite a task as a Democratic nominee: pulling Obama-like numbers among black voters and also dominating among white working class voters since South Carolina and Super Tuesday.
If he can pull that combo in November and even just close the gap with Trump with white non-college hold his own with white collegians, and even just pull to 50-50 with white women voters, he beats Trump.
