.@ATT is UNBELIEVABLE. A friend's friend is infected, alone, & quarantined. ATT screwed up & mistakenly identified his phone a fraud. They turned thing into a brick, completely non-functional. He cannot call anyone if he needs help. I tweeted about this - heard from @ATTHelp....

..then it got worse. @ATTHelp PRETENDED on my feed to be helping. Asked one question on DM, & went silent for over an hour. My friend called @ATT Customer Service; spoke to someone for an hour, was put on hold, THEN a voice came on after 20 mins saying "the office is closed"...

..for those saying "He can call 911" Youre wrong. By labeling it fraud, @ATT turned phone into a brick. It does nothing. So now, theres a guy alone, infected, in quarantine, with instructions to call EMS if things get worse, with ATT cutting off his phone AND @ATTHelp WENT HOME..

...@ATT didnt go home cause no one called. They hung up in middle of my friend's call cause work time was over. @ATTHelp ignored me on DM, while pretending on my feed they hadnt. ATT KNOWS the situation & that, if this guy is forced to break quarantine, he can infect anyone...

...I mean Jesus...here is the situation - if the guy starts having trouble breathing, he has to die at home. If he goes out, he has to break quarantine and possible expand the epidemic in his home town. And all of this is because @ATT screwed up, @ATTHelp and @ATT ignore. So...

...what we will do is my friend & i will stay connected to him, if hes in trouble, he'll text us over computer, then we will call EMS in his home town, & once everything is said and done, he could be dead. But its all we have because @ATT is evil.

Please bombard them with this.

...finally, if this guy is forced to go out & infect people, or dies alone, I will do everything in my power to make sure @ATT is wrecked publicly.

And if you want to see the end of my contact with @ATTHelp - read below and scream. ATT is KNOWINGLY putting ALL OF US at risk.
