Is there a crowd-sourced site collecting #COVID19 stories? How is the experience really affecting people? I've already heard several that I don't think most of us would have expected. I'd love to read a growing collection. It would also document the human side of the crisis.
Here's one.

But it only collects stories of kindness. That's worth doing. But I'm interested in stories of all kinds, stories reflecting the full range of our experiences of the pandemic.

Some people (including me) are posting stories with the hashtag #PandemicLife. So far, so good. But I'm interested in stories that might not fit into tweets.
The Social Distance Project is very close to what I was looking for. (Thanks to @kspace.)

It's limited to stories about couples, and so far all the stories are short. But it's crowd-sourced and nicely slice-of-life.
The @Guardian is collecting video stories, apparently limited to stories about work.
The @natlibscot is calling for stories, which it will share as blog posts.
Sonja Schwartzbach (@nursesonja329) is collecting stories or comments from nurses.

The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing (@JHUNursing) and American Journal of Nursing (@AmJNurs) are also collecting stories from nurses. They display them on a blog-like forum with the most recent at the top.

2/ I call this the Liège incentive, after @bernardrentier
adopted it at U Liège c. 2007. It remains one of the most effective steps a uni can take to foster #openaccess. The Italian ministry seems to be the first to adopt this policy for all the universities in a country.

Because there's literally not one single moment when these radical ideologues aren't obsessed with how to control women--especially poor women and women of color--they found a way to use the #COVID aid package to expand the unjust and discriminatory #HydeAmendment. It's sick.

World War II led to creation of UN, IMF, World Bank & present world order. 2008 financial crisis changed financial regulation. 9/11 led to global war on terror,heightened government surveillance & tighter airport security.

My predictions on how #COVIDー19 will change the world:
The future of interaction is online. Instead of asking “why are we doing this online?”, the new question will be “why are we doing this in person?”. People will ask if meetings should simply have been emails. This is affect work, meeting, conferences, religious worship etc
Internet as a right. Government and individuals will start to see internet as a necessary infrastructure. Since outbreak started, schools & work have moved online. People without internet are at a disadvantage. Internet will become as important a right as healthcare and security.

What do computer viruses teach us about #COVIDー19? I don't think anything, but in this thread I'm going to try to draw corollaries anyway, because cyber.
"Don't touch your face" is stupid advice, just like "don't open suspicious attachments" or "don't click on suspicious links in emails". Email is designed to have attachments and links, asking people to not use the product as designed is nonsense.
This video went viral (sic) of a health official advising people to not touch their face as she, and the people behind her, touch their faces. People are going to click on email links and touch their faces.

I gathered some alarming information on the rise of #COVID in Iran in this thread. I can see that it has been read by many hence increases my responsibility on what I share now.

I drove home tonight thinking about #COVIDー19 Usually I post about politics, but I am a scientist and Coronavirus now brings both areas together. First things first: don’t panic about the virus. Do take precautions and prepare for potential disruptions.
I travel almost every week for work. It is hard to not catch something given my schedule, where I am and what I am exposed to. However,I have been doing this for more than a decade and I have developed habits that keep me relatively healthy.
You know the drill. Wash your hands. Up to your elbows. When I am in public spaces (airports, Uber/Lyft, restaurants, hotels etc), I wash my hands constantly. They feel like sandpaper all the time. This is the single most important thing you can do.
