Got pushed onto the ground and shouted at by a man over 6ft tall “BECAUSE OF YOU PEOPLE EATING ANIMALS, WE GOT THIS VIRUS!!” Nobody offered me any help, just stared. I know people are frustrated and living in fear, but racism really doesn’t resolve it. #StopRacism #viralkindness
Thank you all @markballard27 @GlasgowCF @JaneLizzieMi @brien_lynne I’m ok, just a slightly sprained wrist. I never felt so hated before and that’s scary! But the shock has now passed, I know the majority of people are not like that! P.S. I have reported the incident.
We adults know how to deal with it. My friends in the WhatsApp group said their kids got teased and verbal abused. They are so young they don’t even understand what’s going on. So sad!

So, I did the obvious thing and grabbed you out of his arms and kicked him out!’ V signed a bit too smugly. He means, it felt good, okay? The Alpha was all over his best friend. He had full rights to be a bit overprotective of his pack mate

The key was a #video explaining the benefits of pruning.

It’s story time! Today, I want to tell you the tale of the time I very nearly got caught on a physical penetration test.
Target: Medium size office attached to manufacturing facility.
Goal: Gain physical access to the office area to plant a dropbox.
A couple years ago when I was first starting in infosec, I got a series of jobs from the same company. 10 of their buildings all over the country. Office buildings, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers. For those who don't know... that's a LOT of targets.
