WaPo now pretends their intel leakers--who tried & failed all fall & winter to stoke fear about our election & Ukraine--were actually warning of the coming pandemic

They don't care how false & manipulated this intel is as long as it pushes a new negative narrative against POTUS

WaPo is slandering President Trump for failing "to take action" early on the #ChinaVirus

Here are the facts:

1/6 Travel notice for Wuhan
1/7 Coronavirus incident management system
1/17 Airport screening begins (before there was a recorded US case)
1/20 Work on vaccine begins

1/21 Emergency ops center activated
1/23 Emergency authorization for state testing
1/29 Officially formed WH coronavirus task force
1/31 Travel restrictions announced

What were Democrats and the media up to in late January and early February? 🤔

Dems were grinding Congress to a halt

The media was glued to an impeachment trial that scored worse ratings than soap operas

The Trump administration was working in the interests of ALL Americans

If the leakers, Dems & media had gotten their way, the Senate would have been shut down countless more weeks w/needless testimony, while the pandemic worsened

At least now it is up and running, despite Nancy Pelosi’s best efforts to torpedo bipartisan relief for American workers
