Read one chapter of each in the morning, one during lunch & one before bed.
AM: Run or Jump rope or do a virtual workout
LUNCH: Go for a walk
PM: Stretch or Yoga
-Facetime a friend or family member that you actually like
-Go live to share something you learned today
-Jump into a Facebook group
-Sext or Snap crush
-Get a new plant
-Update my decor
-Clean out closets, garage, desk/kitchen drawers
-Update budget @capital_sb
-Cancel unnecessary subscriptions
-Learn more about trading & the stock market @BigBankOus
-Learn more about real estate investing (Close 2nd wholesale deal) @Flip2Freedom
-Start a new side hustle
AM: Meditate for 10 mins in bed or the shower (Check out my free meditations youtube.com/playlist?list=…)
PM: Take an afternoon break or nap
BEFORE BED: Write my gratitude list
