I agree with that statement but I also agree that trying to do this right now is pointless because control has been lost.
But we need to be ready and trained, volunteers and all, for when effective control is regained.

If the Gov is nutty enough to release controls swiftly and without a tight testing and tracing plan in place then we are back in Wild West second wave territory even if the outer parameters of the Oxford Study proved right.
Still not enough immunity.

Still the need to test and trace relentlessly until an effective immunity testing and also a vaccination programme for those not immune is in place.
