@kroger A few weeks ago, I had great experience picking up groceries. I made a new online order on March 29 and was given an April 3 pickup time. Later, it was changed. Yesterday, the app said it would be April 9 in one place, April 10 in another. Now, it says April 9 or 11...
@kroger I called the store main number yesterday. I was forwarded to the Pick Up area. They presumed I had the wrong store until I read info from my confirmation email, including order number, and info from the app. They said I would get a call last night or today...
@kroger I realize this is a terrible time for us all, but I received no call. So, I called the store today and asked for the pick-up area and spoke with three different people. Finally, someone gave me the number for what they called “support services.”

@kroger ...I can get our groceries. I would shop in-store and usually do so a lot at Kroger. But I’m 66, have a heart condition and pacemaker, and asthma. I cannot risk going into the store at this time. Is there some way this matter can be resolved?

@kroger Now, on the Kroger app to cancel my order, I find that you claim the order has been completed and that my groceries were picked up, my charge card used! I never got the groceries because your app has been pushing out the date!
@kroger Per the advice of an outgoing message from Kroger's 866 number, I sent an email with documentation regarding this situation earlier today. Because of our skepticism that anything will be done and we'll be out money, I decided to call just to underscore that my email...
@kroger ...should be in the #PaymentSupport inbox. Fortunately, I'm able to do work while I hold, which has now gone on for 52 minutes.
@kroger I really like Kroger, but I doubt that customers of @HEB, a grocery my son and daughter-in-law go to, would be totally unable to speak with anyone. Please respond.
