It's triggering to ask ”How are you”
Head of Diversity and Inclusion have reached out and connected with your Black ERG leaders and your Black employees.
At the very least ensure all mandatory meetings have a ”No Video Requirement” please
Their actions will show us where they stand In terms of their comfort level with racism.
And for many - their comfort level is high.
History shows us this. Hoping many will do the right thing.
