Qualified? Merit? There is an objectivity to it that allows you to determine the qualifications/merit. Qualifications are based on your past (patterns), background, likely no longer the best background given the speed of change. #TeVirtualEvents
Experiences that you have had - does that make you more qualified? Layering in our own beliefs, diverse candidates will never have the same background as you and will never meet your expectations of experience. #DEI #TeVirtualEvents
