And our streets stay silent as nations like #Syria and #Turkey massacre #Kurds 3/9
They are even quiet as #China puts the #Uighurs into concentration camps. 4/9
And there is no noise at all as Islamists freely massacre the #Biafra in #Nigeria 5/9
Nobody comes out to protest - even as #christian girls are abducted in #Pakistan - stolen from their families and forcibly converted to #Islam - then married against their will. 6/9
And #Turkey can occupy #Cyprus and #Morocco can do the same to Western Sahara and our streets still remain quiet... 7/9
But when #Israel defends itself against radical Islamic terror groups like #Hamas -

Suddenly our streets are full of hate and outrage. 8/9
Israel is always treated differently - put under a microscope - obsessed about - demonised - and held to a different standard.

It looks like #antisemitism
It acts like antisemitism
Because *IT IS* antisemitism.

Meet one Jewish man.

His name was Avraham Horovitz. He was born in 1901 in Jerusalem.

The Ottomans were refusing land sales and citizenship to Jews.

His stateless parents both died in a Cholera epidemic and he was an orphan by 1904.
It seems things only got worse for Avraham. He left the orphanage when about 13 and followed some of his extended family to Tel Aviv. He was soon expelled by the Ottomans and he followed his family members to Egypt.
The Egyptians did not give him citizenship either. All because he was a Jew. Almost all Egyptian Jews were denied citizenship.
But Avraham had a sharp mind and despite his stateless position, he built a successful business in Alexandria.

Almost everyone talking about events in Jerusalem - even tragically some Jewish community organisations - either do not know the basic facts or are just jumping at a chance to bash Israel. 1/4
The Arabs facing eviction - did not have to move. They are squatters - living on land owned by Jews - who were offered by the courts an opportunity to have their tenancy protected. 2/4
They rejected the court compromise. They chose to politicise their situation and turn it into a propaganda stunt - knowing global anti - Israel activists don't care what the truth is. 3/4

HRW has just released another report about Israel.

It is nothing new - just a politicised NGO - obsessing and lying about Israel.

Predictably media outfits like @guardian rush to spread the hate

I have 3 things to say:
1. Stupid.

This is Khulood Badawi. She works for @hrw and helped write the report. She calls Israel 'Apartheid' just as - being an Israeli Arab - she votes in an Israeli election.

This is just hate driven by stupidity.
2. Liars

Badawi also got caught spreading false images and was FIRED from the @UN (h/t @HonestReporting)

HRW's report is written by Israel-hating politicised liars who spread fake images.

Only Jews when they are attacked - are always blamed for the violence against them.

Media, politicians and people on the street - when a Jew is murdered - they somehow always find that it is 'our fault'

When a Jew is murdered in Israel - they blame the lack of a peace process.

As 1000 were murdered in the 2nd intifada - they actually blamed Ariel Sharon's foot.

Before that, it was blamed on settlements

Before settlements, it was refugees 'made' by Israel's creation.

A million Jews were ethnically cleansed from a dozen countries - and somehow they still blamed it all on the Jews.
