journals.plos.org/plosntds/artic…
Serum samples, nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs of persons who are homeless and shelter workers collected from August 25th-27th, 2020 were tested for the presence of anti-SC2 IgM and IgG antibodies by ELISA and SARS-CoV-2 RNA by RT-qPCR, respectively. 2/n
All swab samples tested negative by RT-qPCR.
Seropositivity in homeless ppl IgM 5/203 (2.5%) and IgG 111/203 (54.7%)
and in shelter workers IgM 5/87 (5.7%) and IgG 41/87 (47.1%).
3/n
Active tobacco smoking status in individuals who are homeless was associated with a lower (protective) prevalence of SC2 abs.
Another finding was the fact that dog ownership by individuals who are homeless was identified as a protective factor against SARS-CoV-2 infection.
4/n
The homeless population herein showed complex health histories, particularly associated with infectious diseases (HIV, syphilis, and tuberculosis).
Black shelter workers herein presented higher likelihood of being seropositive for SARS-CoV-2 than white shelter workers, 5/n
as previously shown that Black ppl were at ⬆️ risk of C19 than whites.
At the time of the study (Aug 2020), both homeless & social worker pplations showed no active SC2 infection, indicating that they were likely exposed smtime within the pandemic’s 1st peak in the city. 6/end

The vaccinated🐶🐶developed autoantibodies to many of their own biochemicals,➡️the vac 🐶🐶 were attacking their own fibronectin, which is involved in tissue repair, cell multiplication & growth, etc.

Thanks @impressionist81 🙏

The fact that vaccines and adjuvants can trigger a pathogenic autoimmune response is corroborated by animal models. The use of animal models has enabled the study of the effects of application of
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27417999/
adjuvants in a homogeneous population with certain genetic backgrounds. In some cases, adjuvants may trigger generalized autoimmune response, resulting in multiple auto-antibodies, but sometimes they can reproduce human autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis,

Comparison of SARS-CoV-2 Receptors Expression in Primary Endothelial Cells and Retinoic Acid-Differentiated Human Neuronal Cells
#TMPRSS2 #NRP1 #ACE2 levels increase when cells are treated with #retinoicacid (RA).
#ACE2 and #TMPRSS2 expression in subsets of lung epithelial cells
are regulated by androgen-signaling. #NRP1 is highly expressed in the respiratory and olfactory epithelium, which can explain the SC2 infectivity and spreading through both the lungs and olfactory bulb. NRP1 is involved in axonal guidance and pruning. Data indicate that
pseudoviral entry is aligned with the expression of NRP1 levels. This seems to substantiate the previous observations showing that NRP1 plays a major role for SARS-CoV-2 entry in certain cell types. Here, the study demonstrated higher expression of both NRP1 and TMPRSS2,

"The antibody creates problems for the immune system by attacking the ACE2"

These findings are consistent with the hypothesis that ACE2 antibodies develop after SARS-CoV-2 infection and decrease ACE2 activity. This could lead to an increase in the abundance of Ang II, which

Ivermectin 0.2-0.4mg/kg works at the outer and inner part of cells, thru P2X, GlycineCls, has anti-inflammatory effects, proven for decades, etc.
Molnupiravir 800mg twice a day for 5 days, works thru the RdRp. Can this antiviral have the side effects similar to Remdesivir ?

Kabinger et al. entertains A-to-G transitions, which can occur in coronaviruses exposed to molnupiravir, albeit at much lower frequencies.

Thus, although the biochemical evidence indicates that molnupiravir triphosphate (MTP)
is a better CTP (natural nucleotide) analog, the ..
