He needs urgent psychiatric help; a deranged speech, with. "Knife to our throat", "they spit on us", "dogs are barking, caravan walking" within one minute. "People w/PPD suffer from paranoia, an unrelenting mistrust & suspicion..., even when there is no reason to be suspicious.
Now he's talking about an imaginary "genocide" that is unbearable and can't be accepted any longer, and about the "regime" in Kyiv that "captured" power in Ukraine

#Putin just told #Macron and #Scholz that he will recognize #Donetsk and #Luhansk oblasts of #Ukraine as independent. This violation of international law & territorial integrity of Ukraine will be used as a pretext for the #Russian invasion, most likely. #UkraineConflict

#Putin is now giving a REALLY LONG speech that makes no sense and is all over the place but it is really aggressive (that's the only thing one can make out of it)
