Assuming this was a #Ukraine missile, notable that they hit at the quietest time of the week to avoid civilian injuries.

A 47 year old man was injured in the continued shelling of the communities around #Nikopol in southern #Ukraine.
Over 40 rockets targeted the area. Officials say 30 high-rise and private houses were damaged. There were big fires and consequently, power cuts.
