The report does not include secret actions or the numerous events in which US forces have been stationed abroad since WWII. It also excludes the deployment of American military forces against indigenous peoples as part of the violent process of colonial expansion westward.

Additionally, the Military Intervention Project at Tufts University's Center for Strategic Studies has documented over 500 American international military interventions since 1776, with nearly 60% taking place between 1950 and 2017 and more than a third after 1999.

The project adds that with the end of the Cold War era, one would expect the US to decrease its military interventions abroad, assuming that the threats & interests at stake were less important.
