The only #SCOTUS decision today is a unanimous one in Mount Lemon Fire District v. Guido. Ginsburg writes, affirming the 9th Circuit. Kavanaugh did not participate.

2. @TheJusticeDept attorneys representing Trump administration are arguing that #SCOTUS may decide a trial may not be necessary to resolve #2020census citizenship question lawsuits👇
3. Attorneys on both sides are meeting with U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman for a hearing tomorrow (Oct. 24) to discuss next steps in light of expected #SCOTUS action.

Former Sheriff Bob Fletcher is trying to get his old job back against appointed Sheriff @JackSerier. Fletcher's a bad guy for all kinds of reasons, but I want to focus on one that a lot of people don't know about: Fletcher's 1988-91 campaign against civil rights for LGBT people.
First, some background. In 1974, Saint Paul passed an ordinance prohibiting discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations on the basis of sexual orientation, following Minneapolis's lead. That ordinance sparked a vicious repeal campaign four years later.

I use @Twitter for commerce but they discriminate against many of my previous customers (Black Americans/Democrats) by not allowing them to see my tweets or account all together through the use of algorithms.
So based on what we know today about the lawsuit filed by HUD against Facebook for discriminatory practices in advertising of real estate (FAIR HOUSING LAWS), couldn't a similar argument be made for Twitter?
