Even assuming hourly rate being paid at the highest amount of $24.99 per hour - is barely comparable to lowest pay rate for public servants.
being charitable - 38hrs pw * 24.99 = $49380.24 per annum - compare with DHS general pay - lowest paying perm DHS = $45263 PA
