if you move slow on them, you give them time and wiggle room to formulate possibly fleeing the jurisdiction /2
or organizing a more robust defense. You need to move fast so they have less time to react and counter any of you moves /3
(ie Sweep the knee - Eagle Claw to the Throat) You want to keep the defendant off balance as much as possible so they make mistakes /4
such as statements or admissions agaisnt their interests. You want to make it difficult for them to marshal resources. You also want /5
them to understand the gravity of their charges which may, in turn, cause them to flip or plea. /end
