One of RT's lead stories today: Brexit leader and Trump friend Nigel Farage "exposes" 226 friends of George Soros. 
RT quotes Farage accusing MP @BenPBradshaw of having Soros links after Bradshaw demanded an investigation into Russian influence on Brexit.
RT also quotes Farage accusing @guyverhofstadt of "collusion" with Soros because of his criticism of Hungary's Orban.
"Farage described Soros’s influence in Strasbourg and Brussels as 'truly extraordinary.' And that influence looks set to increase dramatically now that Soros has donated the bulk of his wealth - $18 billion - into his Open Society pet project," RT says.

Also Brexit financier @Arron_banks, who has a Russian wife, tweeted recently about Soros conspiracies.
Farage concluded his short, fiery monologue with a weighty statement: “I fear we could be looking at the biggest level of international, political collusion in history.” - says RT.

Back in 2014 Russian TV produced propaganda shows called "13 Friends of the Junta" trying to discredit prominent people who supported Ukraine. This is similar.
"When reading such an assessment, one might get the mistaken impression that the European Parliament is designed to serve the will of George Soros and his highly controversial agenda, as opposed to the will of the European peoples," says RT.

The UK has treated the Russia threat with far less urgency than the US has, but perhaps this is starting to change "thanks" to the obviousness of Russian intervention in Brexit, which is potentially the worst economic disaster in British history.
The UK might have to start asking whether it is appropriate for the Evening Standard and several major British football clubs to be owned by Russian oligarchs, for starters.
To sum up, for RT Soros represents being pro-EU, pro-migrants, pro-human rights, pro-LGBTs, pro-Jewish and anti-Putin. Which is why Russia hates Soros so much.
