4) 600.7 Conduct and accountability is the one to pay attention to.
5) Front and center will be the anti-Trump bias of Mueller's team. The FBI released #PeterStrzok texts to Congress tonight. HJC staff will be pouring over them all night.

6) The credibility of the Mueller investigation will be called into question. But more importantly, so will the other activities of #PeterStrzok, and that is what I will be looking for. The dossier and the altering of Clinton's statement.
7) We know from the Wray hearing that the FBI considers the warrant application too sensitive for a public hearing. I expect Rosenstein to do the same. That said, I will be looking for confirmation that it will be shared in a classified setting.
8) I also expect Rosenstein to be asked questions about McCabe's no show and the Ohr's involvement with the dossier.
9) Rosenstein will be limited in what details he can discuss with regards to both the Mueller investigation and the Clinton investigation. Both because they are ongoing. ( The Clinton investigation is currently being reviewed by the IG )
10) Rosenstein is very controlled and will be hard to rattle. In his confirmation hearing he was animated on a few occasions, but not rattled.
11) Rosenstein gave a most interesting interview with Chris Wallace on August 6th. It is the only time he publicly discussed the Mueller investigation. @themarketswork pulled the interview and provided a transcript as well as analysis. Please read/watch. themarketswork.com/2017/12/11/an-…
12) Rosenstein is looked at as a villain by many because he authorized the Mueller investigation. But as you can see from the interview Rosenstein has Mueller on a leash.
13) Rosenstein successfully laid out the case against James Comey in a letter to Jeff Sessions that recommended his firing. If you have not read it, please do.

15) Other than having an excellent record, several things on his resume stood out to me: He cleaned up police departments and specialized in investigating leaks.

18) Another highly important and understated function of his is shielding and insulating Jeff Sessions. He does this well. So well in fact, that some people insinuate that he is running the show. He is not.
19) Rosenstein has all the earmarks of a reformer, and as such, will be instrumental in cleaning up and restoring the reputation of the department. As Trump's pick I will support him until he gives me reason not to.
