The quote above from U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufi doesn't make sense to me. The program is unconstitutional, how can getting rid of it be illegal?
In 2012 the same judge was accused of bias during a lawsuit involving the FDNY and their hiring process.

Does this make sense? Can we agree there may have been bias in this case?
