1. Comey is as guilty as Hillary for treating government work product including top secret information as personal. Comey, like Hillary, claimed the memos were all “personal” that he made while talkng 2 @realDonaldTrump bc he did not trust him (contrary to his trust 4 Clintons).

2. There is NO such “personal” qualification & he leaked those memos to the NY Times which he admitted openly in Congress. But those memos contained "classified information" &THAT is a CRIME for him to leak them, *no less pretend they were his “personal” property*

3. Every FBI agent signed a confidentiality agreement as do traders working for a bank. The agreement signed by Comey states plainly: “all info acquired by me in connection with my official duties with FBI ...

4. "...and all official material to which I have access remain the property of the United States of America.”

5. This means: (a) Comey STOLE government documents obstructing any investigation of him, (b) Then Comey LEAKED classified information to the New York Times.

6. This is why Comey never placed Hillary under oath nor did he record Hillary’s “interview” to have a permanent record 4the FBI. That was to ensure she could never be charged as Martha Stewart was for “lying to the FBI” in such an interview and sent to prison.
