2/ no time or energy to parse tonight. They accuse Syria of targeting families "huddled in underground shelters". All the dead bodies in Douma house were on 1st and 2nd floor of low-rise building. Whatever happened, they weren't trapped underground. 
3/ many allusions to sarin in WH assessment. So where's the munition? At Douma dead body house, no sign of any sarin munition. WH says "doctors and aid organizations" described sarin symptoms. By "aid organizations", do they mean White Helmets? Is that US "intelligence"? Sad.
4/ they say that "large volume" of "reliable" photos and videos show victims "foaming" at mouth. How did this woman start foaming after she was dead? And from her eye? How do we know that foam wasn't applied after death? All photos and videos originated with a few jihadis.
5/ they say that symptoms "suggest" use of sarin in Douma despite absence of delivery munition. Read Denis O'Brien's SunMorgue for description of sarin symptoms: #1 is that victims lose bowel control and shit themselves. Not here. Nor evidence of convulsions in dead bodies.
r/ "reliable photos and videos" also requires that crime scene not be tampered with. But, for some reason, jihadis were unsatisfied with appearance of first floor apartment as first arranged and "improved" it by adding three dead babies to original scene.
7/ the theory is that chlorine from the canister shown below, located on the roof of the apartment building, killed all ~40 people on 1st and 2nd floors of building, with none of them simply going outside to escape when they smelled it or when someone screamed.
8/ also, only last week, Bellingcat &c were "explaining" why super-powerful novichok didn't kill anyone. This week, we're told that ~40 people, apparently with no survivor, were killed in their tracks by vastly less lethal chlorine, rather than just walking away.
9/ Douma medical staff (one is in video) state that NOBODY in hospital scene had chemical attack symptoms, that jihadists ran into hospital and yelled "chemical attack" and people started washing one another. No actual attack. Fake.
10/ yes, more "reliable". Jihadist Yaser al-Doumani was one of two videographers on scene on Apr 7 (with no mask). Here (in same shirt) he purports to show chlorine munition responsible for deaths. However, it's a trick: this isn't the building with dead bodies.
11/ al-Doumani left Douma on April 9. when his deception was discovered (even Higgins was embarrassed), White Helmets (three days later) discovered that there was chlorine canister on roof of building all along ("missed" in Russian inspection of Apr 8)
12/ one of the "reliable photos" in French intelligence report is picture AFTER the (three) babies moved from original location to a more dramatic scene.
