DOJ charged @NVeselnitskaya with making a "false and misleading declaration implying" that she had not participated in drafting Russian response to US inquiry. Before looking at details, the US DOJ made false statements in indictment, including canard that Magnitsky was lawyer.
2/ @LucyKomisar, who has diligently researched Browder frauds (and others) have shown that Magnitsky was accountant for Browder firms, convicted for his role in Browder tax frauds in Russia. He was NOT heroic "lawyer" exposing fraud.

3/ although Magnitsky was NOT a lawyer, Browder has stated over and over that he was - a point not arguable, but conceded by Browder in his deposition in Prevezon case (in SDNY)

4/ when challenged in deposition, Browder conceded that Magnitsky had not been to law school and did not have a law degree.
5/ Browder also admitted that he had never told anybody that Magnitsky didn't go to law school and didn't have a law degree.
6/ despite the abundant record showing that Magnitsky wasn't a lawyer, SDNY falsely stated that Magnitsky was "legal adviser" to Browder - an assertion that, at a minimum, is a "false and misleading declaration implying" that Browder was a lawyer - to borrow a phrase from SDNY.

1/ I was suspended by Twitter earlier today because Bellingcat's Dan Kaszeta complained that I had breached Twitter rules against exposure of personal information in a tweet about his business relationship with #IntegrityInitiative. I appealed to Twitter .
2/ on the grounds that my tweet observing that my tweet did not violate their privacy policy and, in particular, that my observatino that Kaszeta had been employed by a "UK government propaganda campaign" was squarely within their policy for permitted speech
3/ In their suspension notice, Twitter required me to remove tweet about Kzszeta as condition of return of service. Much to my surprise, Twitter accepted my appeal and restored my account with no condition on removing the tweet about Kaszeta. Good for Twitter.

Mueller indictment justice.gov/file/1080281/d… asserted that key Fancy Bear malware (X-Agent) remained on DNC network until Oct 2016, "programmed to communicate" with then unknown domain (linuxkrnl[.net). But domain appears to be already quarantined on Jul 26 2015. ???
2/ Mueller para 61 stated that one of the bitcoin pools which they had tracked had been used to pay registration renewal for linuxkrnl[.net in 2015. Timing of renewal appears to have been on or about July 7, 2015, just prior to domain being seized on July 26, 2015.
3/ Mueller para 64a asserted that bitcoin pool used to register dcleaks[.com (in April 2016) was also used to renew linuxkrnl[.net (in July 25, 2016.)

I'll now look at open source metadata which sheds interesting additional light on this.

Schurink is conflating the 2016 CFA EBA as proposed by the Fair Work Commission with the 2017 fire service reforms. The reforms *remove* UFU members from the CFA. There will be *no* EBA and therefore *no* influence on CFA decisions, let alone "veto" or "control". 2/
That is a desperate attempt to recycle the 2016 "Hands Off the CFA" anti-EBA federal election campaign, turning it bizarrely on a reform that is *the complete opposite* of a union takeover of the CFA. Such a brazen, deliberate attempt to mislead voters is an absolute disgrace. 3/
