2/ Two key elements to be added to the timeline.
SCL Group formed first
Then SCL Elections. (2012). This is the company (NOT Cambridge Analytica) that entered into key contracts in 2013/14 including with GSR Ltd (Kogan) and AIQ.
This was when the Bolton Project was humming.

3/. There are at least two separate key Cambridge Analytica legal entities.
CA LLC (the American company that was formed early 2014, with Bannon, Mercer daughters and Nix on board). That seems to generate quite a lot of money.
CA U.K. Ltd started as SCL US Ltd in Jan 2015.

It really is a shell company owned by SCL Elections Ltd that, in turn, is owned by Alexander Nix.
There is little showing for it, save for a few shares. In fact it was dormant during much of 2016/17.

5/. SCL Elections Ltd, Nix’s company, appears to own a 19% share of CA LLC, the USA Co.
It has got a surprising amount of money from it too considering its share.
It’s probable that CA LLC contracted with the SUPER PACS ..so an apparently all-American CO was the contractor
