Uh oh. Things not looking good for Facebook. @commons_cms hearing with Alex Kogan (who harvested data for Cambridge Analytica) now live. @DamianCollins: "I don't think Facebook have been clear with us about what they do with users' data..."
Kogan on his research collaboration with Facebook: "Facebook just gave us the data. There was no kind of written agreement. They just gave it us."
Alex Kogan explaining why he changed his name to Dr Spectre. "Were you aware it was also the name of the evil organisation in James Bond?" asks @IanCLucas. "No sir, I did not. It was an unfortunate coincidence."

Do you accept you broke Facebook's terms & conditions? "I do not. I would accept that my behaviour was inconsistent with the language of these documents." Glad we cleared that one up.
Kogan: Mr Wylie is "duplicitous" "he invents many things" "he did not honour his agreement".
Kogan: "I can't answer that because I have an NDA with Facebook." .@JoStevensLabour "Why do you have an NDA with Facebook." Kogan: "You'll have to ask Facebook that."
"Why did Facebook criticise you so harshly but not your co-founder who works for Facebook?" "Ask Facebook." In almost 10 hours of hearing, not one senator or congressman asked Zuckerberg this question....
Kogan being deliberately obtuse? He refuses to answer qs to parliament because of Facebook NDA. "I know you have parliamentary privilege," he says but it doesn't "stretch across the Atlantic". Um. Not how it works. Now he's saying that the work he did for SCL was "worthless"..
Now he's saying that it was his idea to invent a quiz to gather data. Um. Or one he copied off his colleague, @david_stillwell?
