IT'S LIKE CHRISTMAS MORNING, AND I CANNOT WAIT TO OPEN EACH PRESENT. judiciary.senate.gov/press/releases…
Aras Agalarov to Donald Trump, Feb. 29, 2016: "Alongside with many people in this country who appreciated your statement that U.S. and Russia should work together more closely, all of us at Crocus Group follow with great interest your bright electoral campaign."
We knew this existed, but had not seen what Aras's message was.
Here is the post-election anti-Magnitsky Act pitch that the Agalarovs were trying to get in front of the Trump team, and which Trump's assistant forwarded to Steve Bannon. documentcloud.org/documents/4464…
My kingdom for the Don Jr. Ex. 11.
By "kingdom," I mean, "appreciation," since I have no kingdom. But, someone should send me the document, please.
Post-election text conversation between Rob Goldstone and Ike Kaveladze, both of whom worked for the Agalarovs: "So it seems we are all now in the President's inner circle!!"
Rob Goldstone, always and forever.
Trump Organization Lawyers Tried To Control Messaging With Attendees Of The Trump Tower Meeting buzzfeed.com/emmaloop/trump… w/ @LoopEmma
Oh, wow. This is one of those "the moment before the storm hit" photos.
But, more substantively, this email shows that the Trump Org lawyer's colleague — per testimony, Futerfas — read a statement to Goldstone the week of June 26, 2017 — which was when Garten asked Goldstone to call him.
Of course, this is only two days before the initial NYT story breaking the news of the meeting. nytimes.com/2017/07/08/us/… / Here was Donald Trump Jr.'s initial statement, from that story —>
Read what happened when Senate investigators asked Goldstone about that July 6, 2017 email — which was only turned over in a subsequent disclosure, and discussed in a second interview — and the circumstances of his being read "the statement" —>
OOF. Goldstone is under the impression that Don Jr. or his lawyers named Goldstone to the media —>
So, really interesting thing here is that Emin Agalarov kept sending voice messages to Goldstone rather than text — but it looks like the investigators got them. Here's one and some corresponding questions to Goldstone —>
This guy. (This is Goldstone answering.)
