1/ #Nintendo has released their quarter earnings for 3 months closing June 30, 2022. While sales revenue dropped YoY, the result is arguably reasonable for the current climate. Thanks to exchange rate changes, profit increased YoY, despite the previously mentioned results.
2/ An interesting note on HW versus SW sell-through: HW sell-through decreased, but #Nintendo experienced their second best first party sell-through for a first qtr since the launch of the #NintendoSwitch. Also note sales on Switch Sports.
3/ Here's the deal with Nintendo's overall numbers when compared YoY. Again, considering the decline in the overall market, these numbers still put Nintendo in a decent, albeit declining position (even considering the Switch is going on 6 years).

Now, my opinion on this game: I like it but it's highly flawed for many reasons:
I needed a walkthrough quite a couple times because NPCs just don't give enough hints and I really hate how some things are just randomly placed without any logic.

I did play the majority of Zelda 2 without a guide and I did really listen to as many NPCs as I could for hints and definitely that helped a lot. And then there's parts where you need more magic and you don't know where to get them because you have to search every tile.
Didn't you find the inclusion of the sequel to #BreathoftheWild in the #NintendoSwitch #OLED advertisement a bit odd, despite the fact that they could have just as well used other titles like Skyward Sword given its upcoming release?

As I had mentioned at the beginning of the year, the title was slated for the anniversary, but with the covid delays the plans have shifted to a 2022. The team will certainly take advantage of these extra months, to increase the quality of the game...
but if you think that will be released in 2022 late, even postponed again in 2023, I'm sure that Nintendo will give you a nice surprise 😉

I had already talked about these details in private with some people like @NintyPrime , now I make them public. The main focus will be three titles Unite, DP Remakes and Legends, alongside other small updates for mobile games like Master and Cafe Mix, and Switch titles
The Pokémon Company's plans are to revitalize interest in Unite after it was poorly received by the public. Announcing certain aspects along with the main games is one of their moves to appease fans.

Hay que empezar por el hardware.
La pantalla sigue siendo la mejor de cualquier portátil. Un OLED de cinco pulgadas, de la misma calidad de un celular (actual) de alta gama. Los colores explotan. Los negros son tinta. OJO: el modelo Slim tiene una LCD. Evitarlo.

Los controles son muy buenos. Sticks análogos dignos (nada que ver con los botones malditos de 3DS o PSP), y aunque no tienen la precisión de los de switch para un FPS, se defienden. La pantalla es multitouch, y hasta tiene un touchpad atrás. Y sí, lo vas a usar. Ya veremos cómo.
