Lavrov spewed threats and garbage on the phone with Germany's Foreign Minister Heiko Maas over the case.
Putin's MENA envoy Bogdanov met with #Qatar's Foreign Minister in Moscow for an in-depth discussion of #Syria, #Libya, #Iraq, #Lebanon, #Yemen, an Arab-Israeli settlement and the Persian Gulf.
Bogdanov also met with #Bahrain's ambassador to discuss the decision to normalise relations with #Israel.
