Several users have requested we prevent redundant unrolls for popular threads e.g. We want to help solve this!
But a big problem is Twitter shows different replies in different order for different users! Here is an example of how the replies looked different on two different accounts on the same thread!
So, we can't just show the first unroll and stop. But here's how we all can help:

I was born & raised in Chicoral, Colombia. A tiny town in the middle of the Andes Cordillera.
I attended Nuestra Señora del Rosario school, located in Espinal, 15Km away from Chicoral. Due to the high heat by noon, all schools start really early back home. This meant, I had to wake up at 5am to attend school every morning since I was 4 years old. #VoicesIWS
I did well in math and science in elementary and high school, so I chose to study clinical microbiology. Although coming from a low-middle income family, I was able to attend university, thanks to my parents’ effort to prioritize education over other commodities. #VoicesIWS

I turned fifty in October, and I'm just starting to realize all of the ways that being an abused child has molded and shaped me over the years. This thread will be a work in progress, that I can add to over an extended period.
I remember having happy childhood moments, mostly reading and playing with other kids; during the abuse itself, I experienced sheer terror. The rest of my childhood was a vague sense of dread-- waiting for more physical abuse.
When parents punish their children for misbehaving, the kids learn not to do whatever it was that got them into trouble. Since the physical abuse that I endured always seemed to erupt out of nowhere, it broke down "the rules." I grew indifferent to being punished.

My direct team members have all made it known that it's okay to overly bother them, even for minute details, when I'm stuck or need clarification.

It's nice to know they are expecting AND encouraging it.

Every person I met on-site for my orientation week was kind and engaging. I was flabbergasted that folks would put down their work simply to say hi and engage in conversation for more than a couple minutes.
