This 1951 speech by Judge Learned Hand was published in a journal 77 years ago but is not available anywhere online. It has fallen out of copyright, as far as I can tell, if it ever was copyrighted. So I am posting it here. orinkerrblog.files.wordpress.com/2018/06/learne…
