It is understood that the Modiji's government has reached an agreement with the Swiss bank to disclose the black money deposited by the Indians in their bank. This Agreement shall enter into force on 1 January 2018 and the Swiss bank will pass on information about the black money
deposited by Indians at Swiss banks to India. Therefore, the correct position of the black money kept with Swiss banks will not be known until 31. December 2018. Consequently, after that, no Indian should possibly be able to start with this black money business in Switzerland.

The main problem is not bringing back the black money but to stop its current production in India. If you can quickly earn black money and turn into white, then it's nothing for criminals to do so. Regulations and compliance are just useless unless WE want to stop these pirates.
