@MSNBC reporting that Trump's excuse is that, when he said next to Putin:
"I see no reason why it would be Russia" who meddled, he really meant:
"I see no reason why it would NOT be Russia."

@realDonaldTrump, you do realize the press conference was televised. And everything you said for 45 minutes was about denying Russia's guilt and insulting the U.S. intelligence conclusions.
