What do the US armed forces, intelligence agencies and the Secret Service do when the President and his entire administration--and the Party of which they are members--are proven to be enemies of America and agents of a foreign enemy foreign power?

The problem, of course, is that we don't want a military junta to supplant puppets who were installed by a foreign coup.
America has a long tradition and a Constitutional requirement for civilian leadership of the military.
