f you did, you had to have noticed the shocking, grim killing off of the women. Two of the deaths were heroic self-sacrifices, all left the main male characters distraught and mourning, facing their own failure to save the day, their inability to be the traditional protectors.
Is this just a convenient way to wrap things up (in two of the shows) or is their some kind of psychosocial grief/guilt being acted out? Pondering....
I’ll particularly miss Elise....
