And this looks like the early vote from Franklin County, which includes the state capital of Columbus
It's possible that a huge margin for the Democrats in Franklin County could be the difference in OH12 tonight. Long way to go.
Other poll closing times tonight:

8 pm ET in Michigan.
8 pm ET in Missouri.
All polls closed by 9 pm ET in Kansas.
Ballots due by 11 pm ET in Washington State.
Of course I forgot the small portion of Michigan polls that don't close until 9 pm ET.
In Ohio 12, early vote in Licking County goes to Balderson (GOP) by 50.2 to 48.5
Balderson (R) wins early vote in Marion County 62-36% - but small vote totals here
This OH 12 race is going to be just like any other close election - Dems dominate urban areas, GOP in rural
O'Connor (D) leads in early vote from Richland County 54-45% (Mansfield)
O'Connor (D) wins early vote in Delaware County by 60-39%, leads 63-36% with all early votes in. Today's vote will be more GOP
Precincts in Westerville (Delaware County) going for O'Connor in the early vote
Election Day votes now starting to trickle in from Ohio 12
First precincts from Franklin (Columbus) now coming in
Surprised to see that O'Connor is still leading in Richland County (Mansfield) 53-45% with 10% of precincts reporting
8% of precincts reporting in Ohio 12 and the O'Connor advantage is shrinking as expected over Balderson
I still think Delaware County is the key in Ohio 12. No Election day votes in yet.
8% of precincts in from Franklin County (Columbus) and O'Connor is still at 77%
36% of precincts now in from Franklin County (Columbus) and O'Connor is at 71-29%
Over 30% of precincts in from Ohio 12 - O'Connor's lead shrinks. Delaware & Franklin will decide
Finally getting the first election day votes in Delaware County for OH 12
I'm going to say it @daveweigel - Delaware County is the Waukesha County of OH 12 tonight
63% in from Franklin County now - O'Connor's lead trimmed there to 67-33
I still think the southern part of Delaware County - just north of I-270 - is going to be the kingmaker in OH 12
The early vote in the southern part of Delaware County has a lot of Blue. Election Day vote will be ....?
First batch of Delaware County precincts, and Balderson almost is even there. Good sign for GOP
66% precincts reporting and Balderson is ahead for the first time tonight in OH 12
The route to a GOP victory is Balderson limiting his losses in the rest of Franklin and winning Delaware County
New batch from Franklin County - O'Connor at 65-35 with 86% reporting. Think Dems needed more, but we'll see.
It really all comes down to the southern part of Delaware County, the northern suburbs of Columbus
The Dublin and Westerville precincts in Delaware County that went for O'Connor in the early vote are the ones to watch
62/159 reporting in Delaware County - Balderson (R) by about 560 votes there
81% reporting in OH 12 - O'Connor leads by 1400 votes
OH 12 - 17 precincts left in Franklin County, 97 left in Delaware County - many of them in the southern part
And this is the bottom line from tonight
Franklin County is now in with O'Connor up 65-35% there. 91% now reporting in OH 12
95% reporting in OH 12 - Balderson (R) with a narrow lead
99% reporting and it looks like the GOP has survived in OH 12
The experts in Ohio say we still need to wait for provisionals and mail in ballots - but it's advantage GOP for now
Final numbers in OH 12 - Balderson (R) leads by 1700 votes with over 8,000 votes still to count (absentees and provisionals)
And President Trump takes credit for the apparent Balderson victory in OH 12
