Florida judge says Rick Scott's legal team presented NO evidence of malfeasance or corruption in the Florida ballot count.

They went to court with zero evidence of what they're publicly alleging to the media & all over social media.
Amazing: Rick Scott's team's argument is that "the public has lost confidence" in the process.

Consider the following different scenarios when a Husband pronounces Triple Talaq instantly:

1) An intoxicated or/and angry husband pronounces 3 talaqs at one go. He later realises his follies and seeks fatwa from ulama as the couple want to stay together
(laughable as it may appear, this is often the case).

Hanafi Fiqh says instant triple talaq will dissolve the marriage, others, most notably Salafis disagree. Now SC too affirmed that instant TT will not annul the marriage.

Taehyung gets called to tutor newly debuted Jungkook with his English but Jungkook is too shy to even say anything in korean to Taehyung.

“Why are you so shy with me? You perform just fine in front of a bunch of people.”

“Because...you’re not in the audience watching me.”
At first Taehyung actually thought Jungkook didn’t like him. The boy didn’t say a word to him, only bowing and dozing off while staring at him. If Jungkook didn’t partcipate there would be no reason for Taehyung to even bother. Taehyung let’s it slide the first two times.
“You’re not listening to me.” Taehyung would scold lightly. He knew the pressure Jungkook was going through with his debut, and he didn’t want to add to it but the boy really couldn’t keep his attention still.

“Sorry, I’m sorry.” Jungkook says apologetically with a pout.

I keep thinking back to a discussion a few months on reddit about THE BELGARIAD. Several comments were made about it being cliche and pedestrian, and someone said, “Yeah, it’s a fine story, but it’s never going to be a classic.”
And all I could think to respond was, “It’s over thirty years later and we’re still talking about it. How is that NOT ‘a classic’?
But that got me thinking- I cite THE BELGARIAD (and THE MALLOREON, its sequel series) as one of my influential works. But what is that influence? I know I’ve read the whole series several times. My copies of the books are in terrible shape.

All sales jobs have tyre kickers, people who make enquiries about your product but for one reason or another, never purchase
That’s just part and parcel of sales
But a TW in sex work is something quite different

They are not a tyre kicker.
