That is why I joined @SenatorLeahy & @SenFeinstein to press the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman to request the public release of all documents from Judge Kavanaugh’s time in the White House, which he called the most “formative” preparation he had for becoming a judge.
Right now, the White House is saying to the American people: critical documents about Judge Kavanaugh’s decisions as a top staffer to President Bush are just like President Trump’s tax returns. None of your business.
