Get into the cold calls and emails. Follow up – don't delegate – and do everything in large blocks of time, so Mind is pounded with rejection.
Ask for calls, meetings, whatever fits your situation, but ALWAYS have a clear agenda for it. Do NOT waste people's time.
Those things you want from family, friends, coworkers, but never said – get to asking for them NOW.

- process: email, then follow-up within X days, etc. – make a flow chart if you like!
Remember the three Ps: Proactive, Polite, Personable.
Raise prices, demand a larger scholarship, ask for more time together – upsell in whatever way fits your situation.
Make notes about what went well/poorly with the interaction. You will know what the teachable moments are. This will accelerate your learning.
